There were no arrests this month in Cape Charles, however the CCPD was busy answering 85 calls for service, both in town and in the county.
Traffic violations accounted for most of the issues. Officers issued 22 traffic summons, 17 warnings, and 78 parking tickets.
The force spent 35 hours on foot patrol, and 33 hours patrolling Bay Creek. They also performed 35 building checks.
The CCPD was called upon to assist Northampton County Sheriff’s Office 11 times.
Officers Diaz, and Spencer attended a training class on officers killed and assaulted.
