BBQ & Bluegrass at Chatham Vineyards July 15th

BBQ dinner and all the fixin’s from Chef Jason Van Marter of “The Local”. Live music by Whiskey Rebellion, a high-energy, joyful brand of bluegrass with skillful picking and two- and three-part harmonies.

DETAILS
We have limited seating available on a first come, first serve basis. Lawn furniture and/or blankets are welcome and suggested. All concerts include dinner, a glass of wine, music and dancing. Advance ticket sales only. While you are welcome to bring picnic items and non-alcoholic drinks to our events, please leave your alcoholic beverages at home.

$35/adult | $15/children (12 and under)


MENU
PULLED PORK
Our pork has been dry rubbed for 24 hours, smoked for 2 hours, then we seal it in a bag and cook it in a controlled hot water bath for 24 hours

Dry rubbed and grilled boneless skinless chicken thigh

POTATO SALAD
Mix of baby red and yellow potatoes, fresh cilantro, roasted red peppers and house made mayo

COLE SLAW
Shredded Cabbage, Carrots and onions with house made rice wine slaw dressing

SOUS VIDE CORN ON THE COB
We vacuum seal our corn with butter and seasonings and slow cook in a water bath divider
