Blue Heron’s agent Eva Noonan stars in 3rd HGTV Episode

February 17, 2019 by Wayne Creed 1 Comment

As real estate values continue to climb, and more and more people are discovering Cape Charles, a good deal of that success has to go to our town’s appearance on the show HGTV “Beachfront Bargain Hunt”.

Blue Heron’s agent Eva Noonan starred in both previous episodes, and on Sunday, February 17th at 8:30 pm, she will again be featured as the agent in the third Cape Charles installment.

Watch Eva as she works with her clients to help them secure their dream beach property on the Eastern Shore. Tune in and meet her clients as they preview the homes, feel the suspense as they try to decide which Cape Charles home they love the most and watch them go for it.

And, of course, no doubt there will be beautiful shots of the Shore, Cape Charles, the beach, our unique shops and galleries, the golf courses, sunsets, gorgeous water shots, something for everyone who lives on the Eastern Shore to love.

Eva Noonan has done so much to put Cape Charles VA on the map. She should be designated as the Town’s International Spokesperson!
