The #1 concern when we (the Town) surveyed you and had our meeting about what you would like Main Street to tackle was parking. The Design committee of the Cape Charles Main Street organization has been working diligently on doing just that.
Based on extensive research, the sub-committee is excited to share the drafted phased plans with residents and business owners for your feedback and input. Please come and join us to share
your thoughts on it before we present the ideas to the Planning Commission on 11/6.

RICHARD M LEAL says
There are several issues with regards to Parking [ 1] water front parking is very limited along the Beach Reverse angle parking would accommodate more cars giving greater access for Trunk & Door opening. Parking meters at $ 5 per Day next Step long term Parking on the rail road property North of Shanty with an entrance of Mason ave Behind the the first new Building .this would reduce noise and Traffic on Mason and the condos . again Parking Meters at $1 per hr or what the traffic could afford. This is just a rough plane we now have an income to cover cost of land i am shore we could cut a deal though Pressure and Negotiation to the Towns Advantage.
