Enjoy the bounty of fig season with a fig preserves course at the Barrier Islands Center. Matt Ertle will discuss local fig varieties, uses, and make at least 3 different styles of preserves from local figs. Participants will be able to take home preserves made in class.
Monday, August 2 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. (ages 16 and older).
