This is great news! I’m glad the business owners are getting together and taking charge.

Bravo for our local businesses! Ralph Northam and all the other Democrats are shooting for a regime like Hitler’s. I have said this many times over. I have run for council twice. I have wanted to be the voice of reason and I am painfully honest. But… The people voted for these “people”.

It became apparent on Friday night that some business owners in Buffalo, New York, have had enough of the arbitrary coronavirus-related restrictions handed down by Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo that are killing their establishments and hurting their employees.

Many people mistakenly call the first flag of our nation The Betsy Ross flag, as heroine Betsy is the one who created it. To my knowledge it is actually officially named “The Defiance Flag”. It is The American Flag I have flown for decades at my house, and will ’til the day I die. I think more people should do the same. You will remember more where we come from, and you will feel better.
With the voting irregularities we have throughout this land, and with the Commonwealth and town officials we have chipping away at our traditions and our civil liberties, my attitude for doing so is reinforced more and more each day.
We have strayed too far from our original ideals.
At this point I am expecting to see Mr. Jay. C. Ford announcing that he is running for office, and in his press release he will be standing in front of The American Flag.

Ummm… Flags?? I thought the subject here was the businesses in Cape Charles taking back control of their individual business and not allowing government to dictate when they can or can not celebrate. Merry Christmas one and all!!!
