The Historic District Review Board will meet on January 5th at 3:00 pm. This will be the first meeting of the HDRB since Chairman Kerry Shackleford was given the sack by the Town Council. His major fault appeared to be an attempt to make so sense out of the Historic District Guidelines, and how to apply them to a location that really isn’t that historic.
