The Cape Charles Historic District Review Board will meet October 6th to review several items, including the pre-Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a rear addition on a single-family detached dwelling at 6 Tazewell Avenue, pre-Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to renovate the exterior and remove the chimney on a single-family detached dwelling at 511 Tazewell Avenue.
Also on the agenda, the pre-Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a two-story garage at 10 Randolph Avenue, pre-Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a fence/gate on a single-family detached dwelling at 408 Tazewell Avenue, pre-Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an addition and repair the roof on a single-family detached dwelling at 635 Mason Avenue.
