As a citizen, you may see certain things that you feel the town needs to be aware of. For normal issues regarding Public Works and Public Utilities we are encouraging residents to use the report a concern on the town website or email or call the Town Manager.
If you would like to speak directly with a staff member, you may call the Town Hall at 757-331-3259, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Staff Directory can be viewed here.
For Emergencies, call 911.
To report Non-Emergency incidents or for Non-Emergency assistance, please call dispatch at 757.678.0458.
