“I See Dead People”…voting.

It is obvious now that Trump didn’t do enough to win over the dead vote.

There are at least 21,000 dead people on the state of Pennsylvania’s voter rolls.

This according to an amended lawsuit filed on Thursday by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). It alleges that there are at least 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls. The lawsuit claims that Pennsylvania failed to “reasonably maintain” their voter registration records under federal and state law in time for the 2020 presidential election.

“As of October 7, 2020, at least 9,212 registrants have been dead for at least five years, at least 1,990 registrants have been dead for at least ten years, and at least 197 registrants have been dead for at least twenty years,” the lawsuit states.

“Pennsylvania still left the names of more than 21,000 dead individuals on the voter rolls less than a month before one of the most consequential general elections for federal officeholders in many years,” the lawsuit continues.

According to the lawsuit, about 92 percent of the 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls died sometime before October 2019. About 216 dead people show voting credits after federally listed dates of death in 2016 and 2018, the lawsuit alleges.

For nearly a year, we’ve been offering specific data on deceased registrants to Pennsylvania officials for proper handling ahead of what was expected to be a tight outcome on Election Day. When you push mail voting, your voter list maintenance mistakes made years ago will come back to haunt in the form of unnecessary recipients and nagging questions about unreturned or outstanding ballots.

In May, Pennsylvania election officials admitted that duplicate ballots were mailed out to registered voters. Likewise, Judicial Watch sued Pennsylvania for allegedly having 800,000 inactive voters on their state voter rolls.

The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The case number is No. 1:20-cv-01905.

    The article that tokenny refers us to in The N.Y. Times is based on, and is a response to ” a viral internet story with regards to 21,000 votes from the grave in Pa.”
    Okay. I’ll buy the notion that this internet viral opinion is b.s. This is a perfect example of how the out of touch Times sways opinion with misleading publishing. That 21K story is not the only story of such happenings in America and does not invalidate all the others.

      Here’s the thing you 2 morons fail to take into account:

      1. Dead people on rolls doesn’t mean dead people voted.
      2. Do you really think all those 21k dead people were Democrats? LOL So if you consider how Pennsylvania voted in the last Presidential election (Republican) then more than half of your 21k are probably republican. So if we go with your theory Trump is going to be further behind in the count.

    I should be so lucky as to be a genius like you tokenny. Being able to confidently call others morons. Gee, thanks so much for that. What a learning experience. I said the internet article was b.s. I never said or inferred that dead people voted. THAT is where the fraud comes in, IF/when someone alive votes for them. THAT was inferred. I would think a genius like you would get that. I have yet to see any stat where anyone has ever said/believed that dead people are voting. We are simply saying that the N.Y. Times is, as is so often the case, f.o.s. If dead people do actually start voting, I hope it is your town and not mine.

      And as a staunch civil rights advocate, as well as a human rights advocate, I have to say quite truthfully that it both hurts me immensely and at the same time greatly pisses me off to see all the hatred and discrimination directed towards people just because they are dead!

      Nowhere in the Constitution does it say anything about being stripped of the franchise just because you happen to be dead, and I personally don’t think we should be reinterpreting the Constitution to say it does.

      If the dead are still patriotic enough to do their citizen duties despite being dead, I am all for it!

    Rigging elections is in their DNA probably going back millennia.

    So why would we be stupid enough to think they didn’t rig this one, as well?

    As far as I’m concerned I hope the Republicans keep spending their campaign funds trying prove unfounded wide spread voter fraud… Then they would not have as much money to spend on the two Senate runoff races in Georgia…

    Note: Really??? The corporate press spent three years on electoral irregularities from 2016 but won’t spend three days on them in 2020. This is the difference between having a bias and having an agenda.

      There’s a couple things here I don’t understand. Do any of us really believe the democrat party got over 2016 ? especially Hillary. How long did her tirade go on ? Is it still ?
      Also, there are certain rules and regulations that must be followed when it comes to elections. One judge has serious doubts about part of it and is looking into it. Apparently there may be other problems elsewhere and republicans have the right to look into it. Why have a problem with that ?
      How long did it take to settle Florida in 2000 ? This can’t happen again ?
      The democrat party carried on Russiagate for years. It cost the government tens of millions of dollars and wasted over 3 years of our government’s life. All proven to be false and based on democrat lies. It’s not possible this is another lie ? Maybe it’s actually our duty to seriously look into this. It sure does seem that the dems got this playbook in 2000 in Fla. They discovered murky waters are hard to see through. This time they muddied the water in more than 1 state.
      The other thing is, if the dems could use tax dollars for Russiagate, why do the republicans have to use republican money to look into this ?

    And this morning on the radio news I heard the obnoxious A-HOLE Charley “CHUCK” Schumer telling us that “Corn Pop” Biden won the election FAIR AND SQUARE, to which I replied, “WHERE’S THE PROOF OF THAT, Charley Chuck?”

    And of course he has no proof whatsoever that “Corn Pop” Biden won this election fair and square, which means that Charley “Chuck” is saying for certain that he knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was no voter fraud or Russian or Chinese or Iranian interference on behalf of “Corn Pop” Biden, and anybody who is stupid enough to take Charley “Chuck” Schumer on faith about that is as much an A-HOLE as is Charley Chuck.

        Anyway, yes, proof of no fraud.

        How about you present me with all the voting records for who actually voted in each election district in New York State by name so we can then go check them off against who is registetered, and with those names we can then check addresses to make sure no cemetarys or vacant houses voted got Joe Biden the way they did for Jack Kennedy back when.

        If you can prove that the only people registered to vote in New York state are actually alive and are really eligible to vote, and nobody but them actually did vote, why, that would be more than enough proof for me.

        See how easy that was for you?
