Are you curious about meditation? Would you like to help reduce the stress in your life and become more aware of yourself? Learn to meditate using a simple approach for the beginner or experienced meditator, or anyone in between! The class will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 2-4 PM, at Free-Style Yoga, 21194 N. Bayside, Cheriton VA 23326.
Two forms of meditation will be explored: Shamatha (or Calm-Abiding), and Chanting a Mantra. There is no charge for the class, but donations to Free-Style Yoga are welcomed. Instructions will be given by Nicki Tiffany, who is a long-time practitioner of different forms of meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist Style. Please RSVP to Nicki at 585-313-7582.
