The Signature, owned by Bay Creek developer Dickie Foster, is closing its doors.
Dickie Foster should be thrown in jail and the key should be dumped in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean for what he turned our most beautiful living community into. Because of his greediness and his own self absorption, he turned his back on this beautiful community, which now looks like a slightly higher version of a white trash mobile park.
As a homeowner, just as all other homeowners at The Signature, we are keeping our homes in very nice condition and appearance, so the community still looks lovely. However, the unsightliness of the golf course with those tremendous weeds growing everywhere over the course, is simply disgusting. It literally makes me ill in driving through our once magnificent community. We cannot even see the once beautiful Clubhouse – now surrounded by weeds, overgrown trees and shrubs and simply unkempt and horrendous in every way, shape and form.
I am an original owner of my single family home. Most nights, coming home from work, I drive through Courthouse Estates, just so I do not have to look at the ugliness and unsightliness of our once beautiful golf course. Thank God that Arnold Palmer is not here to see how Dickie Foster turned this beautiful development into a trash heap. SHAME ON YOU, DICKIE FOSTER FOR BEING A GREEDY AND UNCARING PERSON!!

Hmm, and the locals were all so welcoming and pleasant, ensuring that the development in their midst would be successful, helping the future of the town.
