Northampton Comprehensive Plan available for viewing in Cape Charles

Copies of the draft Northampton County Comprehensive Plan will be available for viewing in Cape Charles. One paper copy will be available upstairs in Town Hall and another copy will be at the library. A public hearing on the Comp Plan is scheduled for August 7th at 7 pm at the middle school auditorium in Machipongo. Final copies of the draft Comprehensive Plan can also be found at the Northampton County Administration building, or online on the Northampton County Planning page.

Navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select the Planning Commission option from the drop down.

Meetings can be found on the left-hand side of the screen.

Working drafts of the Plan can be downloaded in PDF and MS-Word formats under “Unfinished Business” and “Draft Comprehensive Plan Review”
