the Historic District Review Board met on 8/17 – 6:00 p.m. Pre-Applications for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a back porch and increase the size and height of the rear window at 324 Jefferson Avenue, 420 Randolph Avenue – Installing foundation skirting, intent to renovate the exterior, add screen porch, and rear second-floor addition on the single-family detached dwelling at 515 Mason Avenue with renovations, and the intent to replace the existing front porch flooring and handrails at 521 Mason Avenue were all approved.
Certificates of Appropriateness to construct a new home on lots 337 & 340 on Tazewell Avenue, and the intent to replace garage doors at 201 MadisonAvenue were approved.
