Obama Pressured Ukraine to drop investigations

November 17, 2019 by Wayne Creed 2 Comments

A large cache of confidential foreign documents was leaked Thursday implicating Joe Biden, George Soros, Hillary Clinton and Joseph Misfud’s collusion and possible criminal activity in Ukraine.

“Poroshenko (Ukraine’s President) asked me to resign due to pressure from the US Presidential administration, in particular from Joe Biden, who was the US Vice President. Biden was threatening to withhold USD $1 billion in subsidies to Ukraine until I was removed from office.” – Victor Shokin.

While the 2016 presidential race was raging in America, Ukrainian prosecutors ran into some unexpectedly strong headwinds as they pursued an investigation into the activities of a nonprofit in their homeland known as the Anti-Corruption Action Centre (AntAC).

The focus on AntAC — whose youthful street activists famously wore “Ukraine F*&k Corruption” T-shirts — was part of a larger probe by Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office into whether $4.4 million in U.S. funds to fight corruption inside the former Soviet republic had been improperly diverted.

The prosecutors soon would learn the resistance they faced was blowing directly from the U.S. Embassy in Kiev, where the Obama administration took the rare step of trying to press the Ukrainian government to back off its investigation of both the U.S. aid and the group.

There is so much material/drama coming out on this Ukraine deal, I’m getting to the point where I don’t know what to believe. I’ve heard so many times that Ukraine is one of the most corrupt places on the planet, so is this paperwork real ?
Ya’ know, I do believe in freedom of the press, but I also believe that if they print stolen confidential and/or classified documents, they should be forced to reveal the source. The press still has their freedom to print what they wish, but that change would cease the flow of a lot of false documents coming out, and a lot of false stories. I like accountability.
In the meantime, while this paper surely makes me question the attitude and international politics of the previous administration, PROVE IT.
