Pets of the Week: Malachi and Gilly Still Looking for Loving Homes

June 5, 2022 by Leave a Comment

Hi My name is Malachi, and I’m a very handsome Chihuahua. I was adopted from the SPCA in 2018 (formerly JoJo) by a lady who loved me so very much. Through no fault of her own (my former owner), I have returned to find my furever home once again.

I am neutered and up to date on my vaccines. I am around 7-8 years young.

I am friendly and enjoy walks, treats, and belly rubs.

I was the only dog in the home for a while, so we’re not sure yet if I get along with other dogs or cats. I seem to be friendly with people of all ages.

If you’re interested in an application for adopting me you can print one on the website at www.shorespca.com, or you can email us at shorespca@gmail.com to request one.

You can also call the SPCA Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-3p.m. 757-787-7385.

Hi I’m Gilly! I am around one year old and am here at the shelter with my brother and sister. I am a lovely brindle terrier mix.

I am as sweet as honeysuckle and I crave your undivided love and attention. I like to play with toys, and get treats, but my absolute favorite thing, seems to be belly rubs.

I am around 25 lbs and am as grown as I am probably going to be. I get along with other dogs, with children and adults! I’m not sure how I feel about cats. I am spayed and up to date on my vaccines.

If you’re interested in an adoption application, you can download one from our website (www.shorespca.com), email us at shorespca@gmail.com to request one, pick one up at the shelter Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., or call 757-787-7385.
