The Cape Charles Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Cape Charles Civic Center at 500 Tazewell Avenue.
The Town will receive comments on a proposed text amendment to Zoning Ordinance Article IV, Sections 4.5 and 4.6 regarding off-street parking and loading requirements. Information regarding the proposed text amendments is available for review at www.capecharles.org, under Agendas and Minutes/Town Council, or in the Planner’s office, located at 2 Plum Street, during regular business hours.
Comments are open for a proposed lease of space on the water tower for placement of wireless internet antennae by Neubeam in order to continue the provision of wireless internet services to the residents and businesses of the town. This item will be discussed and brought to a vote by the Town Council during their regular meeting immediately following the public hearing.
