Why are the HDRB meetings being held at 3 p.m. now instead of 6? It becomes very difficult to follow, when some meetings are at 6 p.m., some at 6:30 p.m., and now HDRB at 3 p.m. Do they want working folks to be able to attend or view the meetings, or not?
