RSMH Carousel Gift Shop Hosts Specialty Chocolate Maker February 11-12

February 9, 2020 by Wayne Creed Leave a Comment

ONANCOCK, Virginia – Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital (RSMH) Auxiliary’s Carousel Gift Shop will host small-batch chocolate maker Chocolate Moonshine in a two-day sale on February 11-12.

Chocolate Moonshine is a family-owned business of artisans who pride themselves on using the purest ingredients to produce (non-alcoholic) fudge, sipping chocolate, novelties and truffles in many flavors.  Fudge is cooked over an open flame in copper kettles and stirred by hand.  Truffles come in more than thirty flavors and are hand-painted with French cocoa butter.

The two-day-only sale will take place in the lobby at RSMH from 9am to 5:30pm both days.  Twenty percent of the proceeds will benefit the Carousel Gift Shop and the RSMH Auxiliary and will support leading edge technology, patient experience improvements, and team member continuing education at RSMH.
