Capeville’s Sally Williams is the latest member of the Eastern Shore Soil and Water Conservation District’s Board of Directors. Williams brings a wealth of experience in agricultureal and environmental education to the board.
Williams taught in Northampton for 30 years, where she led classes in biology and marine science. She was a key player in bring the Envirothon program to Virginia and the Eastern Shore. She coached the Envirothon team from the 1990s until 2012.
