In order to participate in any school-sponsored athletic programs during the 2018-2019 school year, students must have a current sports physical on record.  The physical must be completed on or after May 1, 2018 and before athletic participation.

All paperwork (Riverside Authorization Form and VHSL Physical Form) must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian before arriving at the physical.  Paperwork may be picked up in the main office at NHS/NMS, KES, or OES during school hours or downloaded at http://northampton-high.northampton.schoolblocks.com/
