Suzy’s Old Fashioned Frozen Custard withdraws Drive-Through application

Suzy’s Old Fashioned Frozen Custard is withdrawing the conditional rezoning application for 303 and 309 Jefferson Avenue which initially requested a rezoning from Residential-1 to Commercial-1, as well as the application for a certificate of appropriateness. 

Patina Green, LLC, the applicant is no longer pursuing the installation of a golf cart drive-through window nor a path on the property.

The April 6, 2021 Planning Commission Special Meeting agenda item #6A is being removed and the April 15, 2021 Town Council Public Hearing portion of the meeting is being canceled.
