The Eastern Shore Public Library has created a video tour of the new Regional Library in Parksley.
Cara Burton takes viewers through the facility which will be the new library and Eastern Shore of Virginia Heritage Center.

The E.S. Public Library is not at all convenient to the people that will be patronizing the library.
