Taylor Criticizes Luria’s Support of HEROES ACT

May 24, 2020 by Wayne Creed 2 Comments

Virginia Beach, VA – On Friday, May 15th, House Democrats passed Pelosi’s HEROES Act (HR 6800), which outlines almost $3 trillion more in federal spending. Proposed in the name of COVID aid, the bill’s true impact is beyond the scope of consequences resulting from the pandemic. In reality, it is an attempt by Democrats to use this pandemic as a means to their own ends.

Elaine Luria voted “nay” on the bill.

Taylor commented: “Let’s not take Luria’s ‘nay’ vote as a sign that she is a moderate who is watching out for the hardworking American or small business owner. After Pelosi secured enough ‘yea’ votes to pass her bill, she gave her pawns – Luria and other Democrats in competitive, more red districts – a pass. While Elaine voted ‘nay’, that does NOT mean it was done so for any justifiable reason. She was a ‘nay’ for one reason and one reason only – her handler Nancy Pelosi allowed her to do so.”

Taylor continued: “This bill was hastily written behind closed doors, heard by zero Congressional committees, and decided via proxy voting — the epitome of capitalizing on the global crisis for political gain. Elaine Luria votes with her caucus 90% of the time and even though she broke with her party this time, it’s clear that she only did this with the permission of her caucus chair, Nancy Pelosi.”

Anyone that even listens to Pelosi has an agenda of their own.
Pelosi is a mental hag that could care less about the American People. Any person that gives Pelosi a small nod cannot be trusted.
It is sad that a bill to help the American People had to have so many additions at the end. Pelosi is greedy. She thinks she is President.

EXCELLENT analysis by Taylor. This is the style of political manipulation the democrat party always uses. Pelosi will not give legislators democrats party support money to run for office unless they follow the agenda pf Pelosi. This eliminates the true representation of districts. Where does Pelosi get her agenda ? From the donors and lobbyists that give her the most money.
When Luria sends out a press release stating she’s pushing a bipartisan agenda, it’s just another fishing story. Sure she’s a nice gal with a good delivery, but she’s trying to hook doormat flounder On Mason Avenue if you really watch her political game plan.
What’s the reason that Ralph Northam can step in and become a leading liberal in the democrat governor group ? We have term limits. He can’t run again. His legislative agenda can’t hurt his political future because they already know he has none, so he is the sacrificial lamb. Pelosi and her liberal wing promise Northam a cushy post-governor job (just you watch) if he will just get out there and push a liberal democrat agenda to test the political voting results and gather numbers for the party. Why ? Because she likes the power the job gives her and the money the liberal donors give her keep their agenda and her power rolling. Their agenda has nothing to do with what’s best for the folks and America. Very sad.
