Joy Reid’s show The ReidOut is your basic low-bandwidth, vulgar, inarticulate, pile of liberal racist hockey which is MSNBCs’ bread and butter. Hey, give them what they want, right? Yet on Wednesday night, there was former Governor Terry McAuliffe (D) right there with Reid as she voiced her aggression in form of racist chants claiming Youngkin’s side has peddled “[t]he critical race theory bogeyman” and opposed any sort of “American history” that “doesn’t completely absolve white people…of anything bad.”
McAuliffe agreed with Reid, spewing venom about Virginians who desire having a say in what their children learn in school.
Building a sad, yet dangerous strawman, Reid said that Youngkin and his voters oppose “anything factual about American history that involves white people from the past not being awesome to try and win back the suburban vote to win elections” with “[o]ne of the fake CRT battlegrounds” being Loudoun County.
Whether Joy Reid thought that the refusal of Loudoun County Public Schools leadership to protect young girls from sexual assault was fake did not come up. The fact that McAuliffe bogusly claims that Youngkin is going to take funds from public schools and give them to private schools such as where he sends his kids also did not come up.
McAuliffe agreed, falsely claiming CRT doesn’t exist in schools and accused parents of engaging in “a made-up, racist dog whistle” with Youngkin for behavior that “sickens me” along with wanting to ban abortion (which isn’t true at all). None of anything that was voiced on this show is true. C-mon, man….
