I salute you GERALD ELLIOTT for 35 years of dedicated service. Extreme cold winters, pipes freezing to bursting, phone calls back to back in the wee hours of the morning. And you being the person you are get out of our bed and layer clothes on and go and turn water off to the dwelling to prevent leaks inside. Summertime, watching you come home totally wiped out from the heat.
Whatever the case may be, you love this town Cape Charles and the people. You have served it well. Either physically or verbally. Where ever we go, you represent Cape Charles excellently. I am in awe of you and your dedication. You give your all to the betterment of this town. I am so very proud of you and all you do for the community. I salute you GERALD ELLIOTT, if there were to ever be a title “MR. CAPE CHARLES “ “YOU ROCK “!!!

Cape Charles sets the standard that Cheriton needs to learn from.
The office staff is leaving and they done fired the town cop.
    Cheriton is a dump.
Those ladies was real nice and the cop made money for the town and didn’t bother nobody.
