For several months, the wastewater plant appeared to have stabilized, with water and wastewater amounts reporting acceptable levels of flow.
This flipped again this month, with water production almost two-million more gallons than wastewater:
Councilman Steve Bennett, who has been vocal about this problem for several years, again voiced his concerns, “For several months, things looked okay. Now we’re back with a number like this again, yet no one can explain why this is happening.”
Town Manager DiRe added that it was possible that a good bit of the underground infrastructure was cracked, and that if the water table rose, it could allow for water to enter the system and flood it out. However, he noted that so far, this is conjecture.

Looks more like a sudden large leak in the water infrastructure. like what occurred at the Park fountain recently.
If the water table rose, it would go into a broken wastewater/sanitation collection system and the treatment plant would be treating more wastewater than the amount of water being used by homes and businesses.

Bob Panek has a great mind for solving these seemingly unsolvable problems. The Town Council should get him on the task. He will get to the bottom of this shit.
