The Washington Post published a cartoon by editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes which dehumanizes the state’s attorneys generals and members of Congress who she says “collaborated with President Trump in his attempt to subvert the Constitution and stay in office.”
They are depicted as large, black rats.
As far as healing goes, the article is titled All Republican Rats.
This anti-Semitic trope is not lost on those that have not forgotten about Bierknau and Zyklon B.
The imagery is right out of the Nazi anti-Semetic playbook.
What we should remember: The first step toward eliminating a group of people is to convince everyone else that those people are not human.
Are Trump supporters now the 1930s Jews living in a totalitarian state? The evidence is starting to show up earlier than expected. It’s now socially acceptable to abuse people, under the guise of ‘advocacy’. America is a safe haven for abusers.
While the attack is leveled at Trump supporters, using the trope also exposes the Left’s not so subtle hatred of the state of Israel and Jews in particular.
How soon will Middle East normalization measures brokered by the Trump Administration be tossed out in favor of sending billions to states such as Iran that with for the annihilations of Israel and all Jews?
BIDEN: “Our darkest days in the battle against covid are ahead of us; not behind us.” While he is referring to covid, this remark covers more ground than just the pandemic.
