“The practice of yoga is a way of life. By challenging our physical body, we discover our response to challenging circumstances in our everyday life,” Debra Bosna told the Mirror. “This quote by Yoganand Michael Carroll Our body-mind container must be strong and stable. Then we can fill it with energy from our practice and carry that energy everywhere we go as a heightened state of aliveness is an inspiration for what we do at Indigo”
According to Debra, “The practice of yoga is a way of life. By challenging our physical body, we discover our response to challenging circumstances in our everyday life. We begin to dissolve old patterns of thinking that prevent us from living life to our fullest. We begin to develop a new way of relating to ourselves. It is an opportunity to enhance our bodies, heal the fluctuation and negativity of our mind, and open to the possibility of becoming compassionate in the way in which we live life!”
INDIGO is located at 10237 Rogers Road (next to Little Italy restaurant)Nassawadox, VA 23413

Ms Debra I read your article in the post and was glad that someone is teaching yoga again on the shore. I did kapalua yoga a few years ago with Evelyn zaks. She moved away and I was looking for another instructor. My problem is that I live in bloxom, and your studio is in nassawadox. It will be hard for me get to you. I work at Tyson foods. Will you be expanded your operations up this way in the future.
