GEAR (Global Exchange Arts Roundtable) will present a Conversation Café hosted by Lemon Tree Gallery in Cape Charles on Sunday morning, December 4 from 11am. – 1 p.m. at 301 Mason Avenue, next door to the Historic Palace Theatre. The event will follow a screening of In-Lawfully Yours, a delightful comedy that was partially filmed on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The film will be screened on Saturday night, December 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the Palace Theatre. Guests at the Conversation Café on Sunday are invited to get behind the scenes with some of the interns and actors who were involved in the making of the film. This Conversation Café will also explore opportunities for involvement in other film making projects on the Eastern Shore. (GEAR) is a sponsor of the Regent University and Home Theatre Films presentation of In-Lawfully Yours. GEAR, a 501 (c) (3), was founded to become the vehicle for Experimental Film Virginia which puts a global and national spotlight on film making in Virginia. It is proud to be in partnership with other film making endeavors in the state of Virginia. Cape Charles is increasingly chosen as a canvas for national and international film makers who are inspired by the people and places of the historic, small-town landscape of Virginia’s Eastern Shore. Complimentary coffee and pastries will be served. For more information, call Lemon Tree Gallery at 757 331-4327.
