Disposal of Surplus Property.
The Town of Cape Charles is accepting bids on a 1993 Carver boat, 33’ in length, located at the Cape Charles Town Docks at Cape Charles Town Harbor (11 Marina Road).
The boat is being sold in “as is” condition and potential bidders are encouraged to examine it prior to bidding. The Town makes no warranty on its structural and operational condition.
The boat must be removed from the property within 7 business days of concluding the sale.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Harbor Master at 11 Marina Road, Cape Charles, VA 23310 by 5:00 PM, May 14, 2026. Questions should be directed to Harbor Master Paula Davis at 757-900-3625.
