CAPE CHARLES, Va. — Treasure hunters and bargain seekers will have plenty to explore later this month as Cape Charles prepares for a town-wide yard sale on Saturday, April 18.
Residents across town are expected to clean out closets, garages, and storage spaces, setting up yard sales throughout the community. The event offers shoppers a chance to find unique items, antiques, household goods, and hidden treasures while exploring different neighborhoods around Cape Charles.
Organizers encourage residents who plan to participate to register in advance so their addresses can be included on the official list of participating locations.
To register a property, residents can email admin.events@capecharles.org.
The town-wide sale is expected to draw both locals and visitors, adding to what is shaping up to be a busy spring season in Cape Charles.
Whether you’re hunting for vintage finds, household bargains, or simply enjoying a walk through town, April 18 promises a day full of deals and discoveries.

And remember if you don’t register, you will be fined for operating without a permit for selling what you have the right to sell even without a permit.
When does it begin in the morning and what time doe it “end” that afternoon.
Will the parkìng Police be on the lookout for parking lawbreaker$?
You can start and stop whenever you feel like. You dont need permission to have a yard sale in your own yard.
Mr. Knob, the question about starting and ending the mass yard sale is for us folks who would like to “attend” the event, ie: what “time” does the event happen. I have no intention or need to stop, start or get permission.
My comment wasn’t even aimed at your comment. You read into things a bit to much to make it about yourself.
It reads exactly like it was aimed at Yard Sailor. Maybe you need to write more gooder so those of us with out yer grand intellect can understood more like.
Damn Shame what you people have allowed to happen to Cape Charles.
