ACCOMAC, Va. — The Eastern Shore Public Library (ESPL) is expanding access to one of its most popular collections with the launch of Comics Plus, a digital platform and app offering thousands of comics, graphic novels, and manga titles.
Library cardholders can now access the Comics Plus collection from any smartphone, tablet, or web browser. Unlike many digital lending services, every item in the Comics Plus catalog is available to all users simultaneously—eliminating waitlists entirely.
“This is a fantastic addition to our library services,” said an ESPL spokesperson. “Graphic novels and manga are some of the most frequently checked-out materials in our physical collection. Comics Plus allows us to meet that growing demand in a whole new way.”
The service complements ESPL’s existing print selection and is part of the library’s ongoing efforts to enhance digital offerings for readers of all ages.
To start reading, patrons can visit the library’s website for more information on how to log in and explore the Comics Plus platform.
