Kiggans votes for Balanced Budget, Common Sense

Jen Kiggans just voted for common sense by supporting a balanced budget to rein in reckless spending while protecting critical programs like Social Security. Meanwhile, Democrats once again chose runaway debt, higher costs, and more inflation for hardworking families, farmers, and small businesses in Virginia.

In Virginia, families, farmers, and small businesses balance their budgets every day, and they expect Washington to do the same. But instead of safeguarding tax dollars and programs hardworking Americans depend on, Democrats voted to keep treating Virginians’ hard-earned tax dollars like a piggy bank, putting Social Security and other critical programs at risk while fueling more debt and inflation.
