Description of Internship: The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality and integrity of their work. Our interns are expected to demonstrate professionalism and maintain the utmost discretion in all interactions with high-profile and luxury clientele. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and has a keen interest in public relations, fashion and the media landscape.
Experience with Launchmetrics or a similar inventory and events systems is a huge plus. The ideal candidate must be based in New York as this is an in-person, for school credit only position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Taking ownership in maintaining and organizing the showroom
– Managing all client press clippings and reporting with efficiency
– Accurate onboarding of new samples into our inventory system
– Assisting with sample trafficking for various editorial and celebrity/VIP requests
– Assist with new media, stylist, VIP and influencer research and list compilation
– Assist with shipping, tracking, packaging and all logistic matters of the showroom
