Hi my name is Toby and I am a 7 year old Cocker Spaniel. I am neutered and up to date on my vaccines. I may take a bit to warm up to strangers, but once I do I tend to bond very easily.
I like toys, and am mostly happy-go-lucky when comfortable. Due to working all the time, and not being able to spend the time with me she wanted, my mom brought me here in hopes of finding a new loving home.
I seem okay with other dogs, and though it takes a minute I do fine with meeting new people with some patience. I would probably make out better in a home with older children. It is uncertain if I was ever in a home with cats.
I have some spunk and a loving personality.

If you think you may be interested in adopting Toby you can visit the shelter Tuesday-Saturday 10a.m.-2:30p.m. for a kennel walk through and pick up an adoption application while you are here.
You can also print adoption applications off of our website anytime at www.shorespca.com or email us at shorespca@gmail.com and ask that an application be attached and sent back to you.
Call our Shelter Office Tuesday-Saturday 10a.m.-3p.m. with any questions at 757-787-7385.

You would have to be a complete idiot to walk around with a tie around your neck in the first…
Kinda' on a different note: Also curious about how Eastville will be compensated or supported if catches drop.
After reading this story I suppose that there are some advantages to going full tilt Cold Turkey...
The Eastern Shore is very easy to see on that ugly necktie.
Good overview and clear summary. Do you know if the commission provided regional breakdowns of the quota cuts and how…
