ACCOMAC, Va. — The Eastern Shore Coalition Against Domestic Violence has announced a public auction of a 10-acre waterfront property located off Finney Farm Drive near Parksley.
The auction is scheduled for Friday, May 22, 2026, at 10 a.m., and will take place in front of the Accomack County Circuit Court at 23316 Courthouse Avenue in Accomac.
The parcel, identified as Tax Map Number 08800A0000020F0, includes two tracts designated as Parcel 20F-1 and Parcel 20F-2. The land is situated near Pastoria in the Lee Magisterial District of Accomack County and is being offered together with all associated rights, easements and appurtenances.
According to the listing, the property was conveyed to the coalition in December 2025 and includes a previously issued four-bedroom certification letter from the Accomack County Health Department, dated November 13, 2019.
Auction Terms
Prospective bidders should be prepared to meet the following conditions:
- A 10% nonrefundable deposit is required on the day of sale
- The remaining balance is due within 30 days, with 4% interest
- A 5% buyer’s premium will be added at closing
- Buyers may be required to demonstrate financial capability prior to bid acceptance
- Taxes for 2026 will be prorated as of the sale date
The property will be sold “in gross,” meaning it is offered as a whole rather than by exact acreage, and will transfer with a special warranty deed once payment is completed.
Officials noted that the property becomes the purchaser’s responsibility immediately upon sale.
