The Town has agreed to sell a lot on the 400-block of Madison Avenue to the highest offer from Mr. John McLaughlin in the sum of $85,100.
The lot is conforming size, and zoned in the Residential – 1 district,
which allows for single-family residential use housing units as a by-right use.
In July, a total of six offers were received. They ranged for $40,000 to $85,100.
