Final Dockage rates the Town Harbor are confirmed and will remain the same for annual and seasonal slip holders. Harbor Master Charlie Farlow notes that there are some minor adjustments in payment plan rates, added benefits to discounts, and minimum slip lengths. These changes were recommended by harbor focus group to decrease by 10 feet from 45’ to 35’. According to Farlow, “This increase in benefits and decrease in minimum slip length will generate traffic to the harbor.”
Note: Minimum slip length was approved to be removed from Harbor pricing.
