A press release from Northampton County Administration announced that the county has received notification that it is the recipient of two Community Wide Assessment Grants from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The grants total $300k and will be used to revitalize brownfield sites throughout the county.
As far as locations to use the money, Board of Supervisors Chairman Spencer Murray told the Mirror, “No final decisions on sites have been made at this point and we should look carefully at all candidates.”
