Beginning in November Cape Charles Yacht Center will be starting construction on a new building. Located in the boat storage lot, this 120×60-foot building will allow the center to begin doing refit work indoors, including paint and carpentry.

- Power from 30-amp single phase up to 100-amp 3-phase, 480 volts
- 80 acres for storage
- Pump-out facilities
