3 thoughts on “Opinion: Democrats Declare War on Virginia

  1. “It’s really important to me that I do everything I can and make sure that we retire the incumbent regardless of what happens.”

And no, people, that is not some disgruntled Mafioso talking about whacking Donald Trump because he is looking into rampant corruption the way David E. Scheim, who has published two books claiming that the assassination of John F. Kennedy was organized by Carlos Marcello, Santos Trafficante and Jimmy Hoffa, a theory is based on the idea that the Mafia were angry with both John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy for their attempts to destroy organized crime.

That is Hillary Rodham Clinton, the woman scorned in this made-for-the-internet stupid political drama being scripted on a daily basis by the best Hollywood scriptwriters Disneyland Democrat Congressman Adam Schiff, who district also includes Hollywood, has available to him in endless supply to cook up this impeachment narrative that the Democrats are using to divide the nation in the Rockland/Westchester Journal News article “As House votes to impeach Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton pledges to help Democrats ‘retire the incumbent'” by Swapna Venugopal Ramaswamy on December 19, 2019, where we have as follows:

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. — Hillary Clinton couldn’t have picked a more historic day to be surrounded by some of her most ardent fans on home turf.

As the House voted to impeach President Donald Trump, Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee who lost to Trump despite winning the popular vote, took the stage at Pace University, just four miles away from her home in Chappaqua.

The House voted on Wednesday to impeach Trump for alleged abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.

“It is a story of abuse of power, using the office of the president to further not the nation’s objectives but his own personal political objectives,” Clinton said at the event moderated by singer Vanessa Williams.

“The facts are not at dispute.”

“This is not a he said-she said.”

    “This is what happened.”

    end quotes

And those are probably some of the only real truthful remarks to come out the mouth of Hillary Clinton, a pathological liar, in her entire lifetime, the fact that the facts are not at all in dispute in this FARCE being pulled on us by the Democrats to destroy for once and for all government in this nation according to the United States Constitution We, the American People adhere to, which is not the constitution Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler and their constitutional scholar Jamie Raskin swear their loyalty to, which takes us then to a New York Post article entitled “Nancy Pelosi has ‘a spring in her step’ after impeaching Trump” by Ebony Bowden on December 19, 2019 for a glimpse of the sheer glee and joy Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats all felt after dealing OUR United States Constitution what they believe is a real death blow, to wit:

She may have had a somber tone as House Democrats were impeaching President Trump — even shooting members an icy glare when they clapped as the first article was passed — but a day later, Speaker Nancy Pelosi had a “spring in her step.”

The California Democrat on Thursday gloated that Trump had been “held accountable for his reckless behavior,” even as she refused to answer reporters’ questions about what will happen next.

    end quotes

Now, in a NATION OF LAWS, which this no longer is, thanks to Nancy Pelosi and her ravening pack of slavering Democrats, what should happen next is codified, not surprisingly, in the RULES OF PROCEDURE AND PRACTICE IN THE SENATE WHEN SITTING ON IMPEACHMENT TRIALS, revised pursuant to S. Res. 479, 99-2, Aug. 16, 1986, but since Nancy Pelosi and her Democrats who have declared open war on Virginia and America do not adhere to OUR laws and customs, anything goes, which takes us back to the NY Post article, as follows:

“We’ve been hearing from people all over the country since last night and this morning,” Pelosi said during her weekly address — describing the vote as having been carried out “so prayerfully and so solemnly but so definitely.”

    end quotes

    So prayerfully and solemnly?

    HAH!

That’s just plain bull****, because there was nothing prayerful or solemn in what the Democrats did on that DAY OF ETERNAL INFERNAL DEMOCRAT INFAMY as we can clearly see by returning to the New York Post, as follows:

“It seems like people have a spring in their step because the president was held accountable for his reckless behavior.”

    end quotes

Yes, Nancy, and the only “reckless behavior” Trump was held accountable for was daring to stick his nose into ENDEMIC DEMOCRAT CORRUPTION involving Joe Biden as a sitting American vice-president who now the Democrats want to impose on us as our next president to insure Democrat corruption will continue unhindered.

In America, people, and here I speak from first-hand knowledge, it is extremely dangerous to your health and well-being, as Trump is now finding out first-hand as well, to go after Democrats for corruption, as the Democrats have no compunctions whatsoever about using force and violence and outright lies to harm those who would try to put an end to the corruption upon which the Democrat party in this nation feeds.

    Getting back to the Post:

“No one is above the law and the Constitution is the ultimate law of the land,” she said.

Except Joe Biden is clearly above the law, Nancy, and so are you and Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler, and Hillary Clinton, and right now, Nancy, OUR United States Constitution is NOT the ultimate law of the land, because right now, you are, which takes us to this horse**** from Nancy, to wit:

“I have a spring in my step because of the moral courage of our caucus,” she added.

    end quotes

And what Nancy Pelosi really means is that she personally has a spring in her step because she presides over a caucus that is craven and lacks a moral compass, such are the Democrats, which again takes us back to the New York Post, to wit:.

The California lawmaker also became testy when reporters only wanted to ask about the impeachment vote.

Asked if seeing a fair process in the Senate was a requirement for her to move the articles on to the other chamber, she referred back to remarks made earlier Thursday by McConnell, saying his comments “reminded me that our Founders, when they wrote the Constitution, they suspected there could be a rogue president.”

“I don’t think they suspected we could have a rogue president and a rogue leader in the Senate at the same time.”

When a reporter followed with, “To that end, you’re criticizing McConnell today …,” she lost it.

“Any other questions on any other things?”

“Any other questions because I’m not going to answer any more questions on this,” Pelosi groused.

“Clearly do you understand, when we see what that process is, we will know who and how many we want to send over.”

“I’m not going to go there anymore.”

It’s unclear when the House will pass the impeachment charges to the Senate.

    end quotes

And all of that is pure bull**** on the part of Nancy Pelosi, who is showing off to all the world just how stupid and ignorant and uninformed on just about everything outside of selling access to her office as Speaker of the House to the highest bidders, as we can clearly see by going to the United States Senate website to “The Impeachment of Andrew Johnson (1868) President of the United States,” where we are informed as to this American history which is taught in high school, to wit:

On March 2, 1868, the House approved the first nine articles of impeachment with the final two articles approved the following day.

Amidst tremendous public attention and press coverage, the case moved to the Senate.

Quickly, the Senate debated and adopted an updated set of 25 impeachment rules, setting the stage for the first presidential impeachment trial in U.S. history.

With Chief Justice Salmon Chase presiding, the trial began on March 5, 1868.

    end quotes

As high school students here in the United States of America, we are taught about Supreme Court Justice Salmon Chase coming up with those 25 impeachment rules, so why is Nancy Pelosi ignorant of them today?

Is it because she is demented?

    Or she just doesn’t give a ****!

As to the Chronology of that impeachment trial, the United States Senate provides as follows:

Mar 27, 1867 Congress passed the Tenure of Office Act.

Feb 21, 1868 President Johnson ordered Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton removed from office.

Feb 22, 1868 The House Committee on Reconstruction reported resolution of impeachment against Johnson.

Feb 24, 1868 House voted 126 to 47 to impeach Johnson of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Feb 25, 1868 House informed Senate of impeachment vote.

Feb 28, 1868 Rules of procedure in impeachment trials reported in the Senate.

Mar 2, 1868 House approved articles of impeachment. House managers appointed.

Mar 2, 1868 Senate adopted updated rules of impeachment.

Mar 4, 1868 House presented articles of impeachment to the Senate.

Mar 5, 1868 With Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase presiding, Senate trial began at 1:00 p.m.

Mar 7, 1868 Sergeant-at-arms presented summons to President Johnson, who chose not to appear at trial.

Mar 30-Apr 9, 1968 Prosecution presented its case.

April 15-20, 1868 Defense presented its case.

May 7, 1868 Senate deliberated in closed session on articles of impeachment.

May 16, 1868 Senate voted 35 to 19 to acquit on article 11.

May 26, 1868 Senate voted 35 to 19 to acquit on articles 2 and 3.

May 26, 1868 Senate acquitted Johnson and adjourned as court of impeachment.

    end quotes

Of importance to what must necessarily follow, notice when it was that the House appointed the impeachment managers in that case, which is unrefutable American history, because today, Nancy Pelosi is refusing to appoint managers to bring the matter before the Senate until such time she knows that the Democrats in the Senate have managed to subvert and pervert the process there so as to insure she can get a guilty vote on these bogus charges the Democrats have preferred against Trump.

  2. If anyone wanted proof that these out-of-control, hate-filled Democrats intend to make a complete mockery of OUR laws and OUR Constitution, they need look no further than the New York Times article “Democrats, Citing White House Emails, Renew Calls for Impeachment Witnesses” by Sheryl Gay Stolberg on 23 December 2019, where we were treated to the following hog****, to wit:

Top Democrats on Sunday renewed their demands for witnesses to testify at President Trump’s impeachment trial, citing newly released emails showing that the White House asked officials to keep quiet over the suspension of military aid to Ukraine just 90 minutes after Mr. Trump leaned on that country’s president to investigate former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr.

The emails, released late Friday by the Trump administration to the Center for Public Integrity, shed new light on Mr. Trump’s effort to solicit Ukraine to help him win re-election in 2020, the matter at the heart of the House’s vote on Wednesday to impeach him for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

With the Senate’s Democratic and Republican leaders at odds over the trial’s format, Democrats seized on the emails in an effort to put pressure on Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the majority leader.

    end quotes

Yes, people, MAKING IT UP AS THEY GO, which in contrary to RULE OF LAW as specifically spelled out in the RULES OF PROCEDURE AND PRACTICE IN THE SENATE WHEN SITTING ON IMPEACHMENT TRIALS, revised pursuant to S. Res. 479, 99-2, Aug. 16, 1986, which Rules state in clear and unequivocal language as follows with respect to what is legally supposed to take place once the House has voted on Articles of Impeachment, as follows:

    I. Whensoever the Senate shall receive notice from the House of Representatives that managers are appointed on their part to conduct an impeachment against any person and are directed to carry articles of impeachment to the Senate, the Secretary of the Senate shall immediately inform the House of Representatives that the Senate is ready to receive the managers for the purpose of exhibiting such articles of impeachment, agreeably to such notice.

    end quotes

Now, that gives Nancy Pelosi no discretion whatsoever to try and pervert the process in the Senate by subverting senators over to her side before she will send the Articles ,of Impeachment to the Senate. because Nancy wants a RIGGED PROCEEDING.

What is then supposed to happen next is as follows, according to the written rules Nancy Pelosi and Charley “Chuck” Schumer and the Democrat Senators are ignoring,

II. When the managers of an impeachment shall be introduced at the bar of the Senate and shall signify that they are ready to exhibit articles of impeachment against any person, the Presiding Officer of the Senate shall direct the Sergeant at Arms to make proclamation, who shall, after making proclamation, repeat the following words, viz: “All persons are commanded to keep silence, on pain of imprisonment, while the House of Representatives is exhibiting to the Senate of the United States articles of impeachment against —— ——”; after which the articles shall be exhibited, and then the Presiding Officer of the Senate shall inform the managers that the Senate will take proper order on the subject of the impeachment, of which due notice shall be given to the House of Representatives.

    end quotes

Except Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are trying to take a long walk around that as they try to pervert the process, as we see by going back to the NY Times, as follows:

Mr. McConnell, who wants a bare-bones proceeding, has rejected a proposal by his Democratic counterpart, Senator Chuck Schumer of New York, to have four top White House officials testify.

    end quotes

Senator Charley “Chuck” is rushing the gun here, of course, because it is not up to Mitch McConnell before the Articles of Impeachment have been presented to the Senate to determine who shall be witnesses, to wit:

    V. The Presiding Officer shall have power to make and issue, by himself or by the Secretary of the Senate, all orders, mandates, writs, and precepts authorized by these rules or by the Senate, and to make and enforce such other regulations and orders in the premises as the Senate may authorize or provide.

    end quotes

And in the case of the impeachment of an American president, the Presiding Officer is NOT Mitch McConnell, to wit:

IV. When the President of the United States or the Vice President of the United States, upon whom the powers and duties of the Office of President shall have devolved, shall be impeached, the Chief Justice of the United States shall preside; and in a case requiring the said Chief Justice to preside notice shall be given to him by the Presiding Officer of the Senate of the time and place fixed for the consideration of the articles of impeachment, as aforesaid, with a request to attend; and the said Chief Justice shall be administered the oath by the Presiding Officer of the Senate and shall preside over the Senate during the consideration of said articles and upon the trial of the person impeached therein.

    end quotes

Mitch McConnell is clearly not the Chief Justice of the United States of America, who as presiding officer of the impeachment trial has these powers, to wit:

VII. The Presiding Officer of the Senate shall direct all necessary preparations in the Senate Chamber, and the Presiding Officer on the trial shall direct all the forms of proceedings while the Senate is sitting for the purpose of trying an impeachment, and all forms during the trial not otherwise specially provided for.

And the Presiding Officer on the trial may rule on all questions of evidence including, but not limited to, questions of relevancy, materiality, and redundancy of evidence and incidental questions, which ruling shall stand as the judgment of the Senate, unless some Member of the Senate shall ask that a formal vote be taken thereon, in which case it shall be submitted to the Senate for decision without debate; or he may at his option, in the first instance, submit any such question to a vote of the Members of the Senate.

Upon all such questions the vote shall be taken in accordance with the Standing Rules of the Senate.

    end quotes

So what is up with the Democrats here, trying to do an end-run around LAWFUL WRITTEN PROCEDURE?

Getting back to the New York Times:

Senator Chuck Schumer, Democrat of New York and the minority leader, continued to press for White House officials to testify in a Senate trial.

“What is a trial with no witnesses and no documents?” Mr. Schumer said Sunday during a news conference in New York City.

    “It’s a sham trial.”

    end quotes

No, Charley “Chuck,” the SHAM is this CRAP going on down in the House of Representatives with this bogus impeachment, and Charley “Chuck,” if you want to call witness, tell Nancy Pelosi to get off her dead ***, and have her appoint the impeachment managers pursuant to the Rules, and then, Charley “Chuck,” you can make motions to the Chief Justice as presiding officer for your witnesses, as follows:

XVI. All motions, objections, requests, or applications whether relating to the procedure of the Senate or relating immediately to the trial (including questions with respect to admission of evidence or other questions arising during the trial) made by the parties or their counsel shall be addressed to the Presiding Officer only, and if he, or any Senator, shall require it, they shall be committed to writing, and read at the Secretary’s table.

    end quotes

As to Charley “Chuck” or any of the other Democrats actually having the “right” to question witnesses themselves, they are sorely mistaken, to wit:

XIX. If a Senator wishes a question to be put to a witness, or to a manager, or to counsel of the person impeached, or to offer a motion or order (except a motion to adjourn), it shall be reduced to writing, and put by the Presiding Officer.

The parties or their counsel may interpose objections to witnesses answering questions propounded at the request of any Senator and the merits of any such objection may be argued by the parties or their counsel.

Ruling on any such objection shall be made as provided in Rule VII.

It shall not be in order for any Senator to engage in colloquy.

    end quotes

And seriously, people, is there anyone out there without a Harvard law degree who has trouble understanding any of those rules?

Which takes us back to the NY Times for more Democrat horse****, as follows:

With lawmakers home in their districts for a two-week holiday recess and Mr. McConnell and Mr. Schumer unable to come to terms, the proceedings are in limbo.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi has said she will not send the Senate the articles of impeachment, necessary to bring about a trial, until she receives assurances from Mr. McConnell that the proceedings will be fair.

    end quotes

And what a joke that is, given that it will be the Chief Justice of the United States conducting the impeachment trial, so why isn’t Nancy badgering him then about having a fair trial, instead of poor Mitch McConnell, who is simply a member of the jury, just like every other Senator?

    Doesn’t Nancy know the rules?

Or is it because she doesn’t care about rules?

  3. And talk about surreal absurdist drama, people, this STUPID SHOW being staged by the Democrats in Washington, D.C. gets more and more ridiculous by the moment, and here I am talking about Democratic Socialist Senator from the Soviet Socialist Republic of New York, himself supposedly an impartial juror in any impeachment trial in the United States Senate pursuant to OUR United States Constitution as written, whining about how unfair it is that AFTER the House Democrats have approved Articles of Impeachment against Trump, who the Democrats hate with a burning hatred only Democrats can muster for one who is not one of their own, especially someone nosing around ENDEMIC DEMOCRAT CORRUPTION like Trump was doing with regard to alleged hinky dealings of Joe Biden in Ukraine, and which approved Articles of Impeachment according to high school civics in America are a legal statement of charges, parallel to an indictment in criminal law, the House Democrats are being denied a further opportunity to go out and find some actual evidence to support the CRIMINAL CHARGES the House Democrats have already charged Trump with by voting on Articles of Impeachment to charge Trump with criminal charges.

It is BIZARRE for one to see what is supposed to be an impartial juror in the Senate here acting like a T-ball coach screaming at the umpires after his kid has struck out the last several times at bat that it is unfair to his kid to have kids on the other team looking at him when he goes to try and hit the ball off the tee because it makes his kid nervous and throws him off his swing, so that the kids on the other team should have to face the other way when his kid is at bat, which is a special rule Charley “Chuck” is arguing the House Democrats here.

However, the Democrats HAVE charged Trump with violations of FEDERAL CRIMINAL LAW!

If convicted, Trump could face five years in prison in late January 2021, which is how serious the matter really is, for Trump, personally, and then for us as a people and as a nation, because as United States President Andrew Johnson, a man of the people, said in 1867:

Arbitrary measures often change, but they generally change for the worse.

It is the curse of despotism that it has no halting place.

The morality is always false which excuses a wrong because it proposes to accomplish a desirable end.

We are not permitted to do evil that good may come.

    end quotes

That, people, used to be THE SOUL OF AMERICA, but thanks to the Democrats, not no longer – now the Democrats in the House of Representatives are able to do evil to their heart’s content, and when caught doing evil, there is Charley “Chuck” Schumer in the Senate rushing to their defense, instead of the defense of OUR LIBERTIES and CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS, as we clearly see by going back to the New York Times article “Democrats, Citing White House Emails, Renew Calls for Impeachment Witnesses” by Sheryl Gay Stolberg on 23 December 2019, to wit:

In a letter last week to Mr. McConnell, Mr. Schumer proposed a trial beginning Jan. 7 that would give each side a fixed amount of time to present its case, and called for four top White House officials who have not previously testified to appear as witnesses.

They are Mr. Duffey; Mick Mulvaney, Mr. Trump’s acting chief of staff; Robert Blair, Mr. Mulvaney’s senior adviser; and John R. Bolton, the president’s former national security adviser.

    end quotes

And what on earth do any of them have to do with anything related to the Articles of Impeachment which have already been brought against Trump by the Democrats in the House, besides NOTHING!

And why is Charley “Chuck” Schumer advocating on behalf of the House Democrats in the Senate, where he is supposed to be an impartial juror, not the Coach of the House Democrats, or DEFENSE COUNCIL for the House Democrats who now have to defend the CRIMINAL CHARGES they brought against Trump based on the evidence that the House Democrats say they were in possession of at the time the CRIMINAL CHARGES were brought against Trump with the vote to approve the Articles of Impeachment?

Does Charley “Chuck” Schumer think this is some third-world banana republic with a tin-pot dictator named Nancy Pelosi, dubbed the “Swamp Queen” by the New York Post, and deservedly so, who can say someone is guilty of crime with no evidence to support the charge needed?

And that answer is most definitely yes, because that is what he is advocating here – an opportunity for the House Democrats to avoid a massive embarrassment for the House Democrats who have leveled serious criminal charges against Trump based on NO EVIDENCE, at all, which takes us back to the NY Times, as follows:

In withholding the articles, Ms. Pelosi is betting the president will lean on Mr. McConnell to give in to Democrats’ demands.

    end quotes

    HUH?

THAT IS EXTORTION, people, what Democrat Nancy Pelosi is doing right there – unless and until United States president Donald Trump will come before Nancy to tug his forelock and swear fealty to her as his OVERLORD, she is going to deny him an opportunity to defend himself from FALSE CRIMINAL CHARGES Nancy Pelosi has brought against him to punish him and teach him a lesson that you do not dare **** in any way with DEMOCRAT GRAFT AND CORRUPTION!

And that is as un-American as it gets, which is not surprising, because the Democrats hate America and its values, which are not their values, as we see by going back to the NY Times, to wit:

“If the president is so innocent and claims he’s innocent, why would he not allow, just like Richard Nixon did, the people that were closest to him to testify?” Senator Amy Klobuchar, Democrat of Minnesota, who is seeking the presidential nomination, said Sunday on the CBS program “Face the Nation.”

    end quotes

There is another Democrat who is supposed to be an impartial juror in the Senate in an impeachment trial, and she obviously never learned that in the United States of America, as opposed to the third-world ****hole the Democrats want to turn OUR America into, people are INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY, so they do not have to come before Nancy Pelosi in a RIGGED PROCEEDING in a HOSTILE SETTING to prove themselves innocent.

And just imagine the DESPOTISM OUR America would become if a fool like her were to be elected as president, God forbid!

Getting back to the NY Times and more play-action reporting on this SICK AND SILLY DEMOCRAT DRAMA from THEATER OF THE WEIRD, we have:

But Democrats say Ms. Pelosi is wise to hold onto the articles, because Mr. McConnell is effectively allowing Mr. Trump to plan his own trial.

“She is focusing a spotlight on the need to have a fair trial in the United States Senate,” Senator Chris Van Hollen, Democrat of Maryland, said on “Face the Nation.”

He said that was “especially necessary” with Mr. McConnell “saying publicly that he’s not going to be an impartial juror, even though that’s what the oath will require, that he’s going to work in lock step with the president, who’s the defendant in this case.”

    end quotes

Yes, people, these absurd Democrat lines and this equally absurd drama are being brought to you by some of the best scriptwriters Hollywood has to offer their Congressman, Adam Schiff, who is also the congressman of Disneyland and so represents Goofy, and Mickey Mouse and Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, which takes us back one last time to the NYT, as follows:

“I actually don’t think the speaker, who has great power in a lot of cases, has the power to decide not to send over the determined will of the House of Representatives,” Senator Roy Blunt, Republican of Missouri, said on “Face the Nation.”

    “They have voted.”

“They have voted on two articles.”

“They need to come and defend those two articles.”

“It’s a really untenable position, we think, for Speaker Pelosi to say, ‘This president is such a clear and urgent danger to the world, to the globe,’ that we have to basically trample his constitutional rights, to force a quick impeachment, and then say, ‘Well, we’re going to hold up impeachment papers and articles of impeachment to send to the Senate,’” Marc Short, chief of staff to Vice President Mike Pence, said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

“How can you possibly justify the contrast to say, ‘This is urgent,’ to then say, ‘Well, we’ll just have to wait and see’?” he added.

    end quotes

Yes, people, some essential existential questions for our times!
