The Northampton County Board of supervisors elected Oliver Bennett as Chairman. Bennett was nominated by Betsy Mapp, and seconded by Dixon Leatherbury.
The motion was approved unanimously.
Oliver H. Bennett is a native of Laurel, Delaware, and has lived on the Eastern Shore of Virginia for the past 35 years. He is currently employed by the Northampton County School System.
