Meet Rita
Hi there, I’m Rita and I’m pretty calm for a hound, although I follow my nose and like to investigate everything. I’m around 5 years old. I came in with babies, who’ve all been adopted, now it’s my turn to find a loving home.
I was heartworm positive when i got here, but have already been though treatment and am on prevention. I’ve already been spayed and am up to date on vaccines.
I do ok with other dogs, but haven’t met children. I am a sweet medium size, weighing around 45 lbs., and have lovely coloring.
