The Orchestra of the Eastern shore has decided to schedule a short concert in the fall. The concert will be held outdoors at the Eastern Shore’s Own Art Center (ESO) in Belle Haven with plenty of room for social distancing.
Works will use string instruments only; performers (and audience) are to wear masks.
The concert is scheduled for October 17 at 4:00 pm with rain date of October 24.
The planned works include Hovhaness Psalm and FugueHandel Concerto Grosso in G Major, Op. 6, No. 1Tchaikovsky Andante Cantabile, featuring cello soloist Rebecca Gilmore.
