VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Congresswoman Elaine Luria announced that Dr. Charles Stuppard will be joining her team as District Director next week. Dr. Stuppard served 30 years in the Navy and retired at the rank of Captain. He commanded Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, USS ARLEIGH BURKE (DDG-51), the Individual Augmentees (IA) Task Group in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and Naval Forces Division in Saudi Arabia.
