The first week of March also marks one full year of work by Town Manager John Hozey. Mr. Hozey took the reigns at a difficult time, forcing him to shift gears on the fly and adjust to street reality of COVID-19.
In a statement, this is what Mr. Hozey had to say, “Last week marked the end of my first full year on the job, and what a ride! I’d really like to thank the Mayor and Town Council, all the Town staff, and the wonderful people of Cape Charles for being so welcoming, helpful, and patient over the past year. Despite COVID arriving just moments after I did, we still managed to get a few things done, and I’m really looking forward to continuing that progress and getting back to some sense of normalcy in 2021.”

How many of the shooters had been taking prescription drugs for either mental disorders, ADHD, ADD or some other disorder??
