The Town of Cape Charles has extended a two-year, non-exclusive contract with Inversa Minds, LLC for IT Support Services. The contract included a provision for subsequent renewals at two-year intervals.
Inversa Minds is contracted on a “break and fix” approach to providing professional support services, with an hourly billable rate of $80\hour for standard support, and $120\hour for emergency support, billable in thirty-minute increments.
