The Eastern Shore is still home to some of Virginia’s best carvers and is one of our best sources for linking the Shore’s waterfowl heritage. The 2023 Eastern Shore of Virginia Decoy Show held at the Oyster farm on February 4th was a huge success, highlighting this historical art form that still connects us to the Shore’s distinct, cultural heritage.
