2nd ANNUAL EXMORE FALL FESTIVAL-CALL FOR 2023 ARTISANS, EXHIBITORS & VENDORS
EXMORE – The 2023 Fall Festival is set fill the streets of downtown Exmore on Saturday, September 30 from 10 am to 3 pm with Main Street reversed for exhibitors and Bank just for Food Trucks. Adding to the fun: a FREE afternoon concert featuring the H.M. Johnson Band on the Exmore Social Hall Plaza. The inaugural Exmore Fall Festival was a huge success—and a sell out for space! This year promises to be even bigger.
So, artists, artisans, crafters, makers, bakers, sewers, growers, and watermen too, come Show & Sell your art, crafted items and products in a friendly outdoor atmosphere. We’ll be closing Main Street from Willis Wharf Road to Occohannock Neck Road, and all of Bank Street for the Festival ensuring plenty of space for attendees to explore and shop.
Exhibition space is open to artisans in all categories across Virginia and beyond our region. This includes visual artists working in the full range of mediums and makers of every type, whether professional, hobbyist or beginner.
Each exhibitor space measures 10’ x 10’ with 5’ clearance between booths. Regular artisan booths are $35 each. Food vendors, including Food Trucks will pay $65 per space with reduced and waived fees for qualifying Exmore businesses and non-profit organizations. This is a “Rain or Shine” event. Exhibitors are asked to provide their own tables, chairs, and tents.
